    I was watching a guy work on his bike in a different Vlog last week and he had a rope hanging from the ceiling of his garage that he wrapped around his handlebars just in case his bike wanted to tip over. It was pretty simple and genius. And there's nothing wrong with Abba😊👍

    with a small Excel file, this is about what it shows. Where you were at 67 MPH it should now sit at 70.8 or so. Moving all that water around will slow the bike down. It will be faster when it is dry out but again your red line may be a limit. Now upping one tooth up front as well, if 14 going to 15 tooth, the speed would go from 70.8 to 75.8 at 9,000 RPM. also over stock at 50 MPH where you were at 6,700 RPM you would now go to 5,900 RPM.

      TANWare so for maximum speed you recommend a 35t & 15t in front or what would you go with?

    Ceasar, Video was great. Especially the part where the bike fell. I'm glad you didn't cut that part out. Happens to all us wrenchers and we learn from each other. Have 2 questions. 1. Did you get the sprocket from Lifan or ? 2. What GoPro mount are you using on your helmet. Works great. Keep it up and be safe.

      Its a early grom sprocket. I measured and its the same as the groms. So pretty much anyone you buy for the early groms will work. Haven't tried or measured the new groms.As for the gopro mount its stock parts , I just 3d printed a 2.5 inch arm to get it all the way to the front. Message me in the Discord if need specifics.

    I was thinking of changing out the carb and sprockets.
    What would you recommend for my 2022 Kifan KP mini 150

    So would you suggest going Down 1 tooth in rear, or Up 1 tooth in the front ( just for a little bit more top speed) ?

    • @haydenhunt900
      @haydenhunt900 ปีที่แล้ว

      Going up one tooth in the front will give you more bang for your buck. Normally one front tooth is equivalent to 3 teeth on the rear. May be a little different on these. Front are cheaper and easier to install on these though.

    Do you have to loosen or take off the front sprocket in order to take off the chain? I'm going to replace my chain and wasn't sure if that was required.

    • @SmallEngineVelocity
      @SmallEngineVelocity 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      No just loosen the rear axel and the tire will slide up and give you slack to instal what you need. Be sure to read up on how to align the rear wheel when you put it back together.

      @@SmallEngineVelocity if I have a chain breaking tool, I shouldn't have to mess around too much with the sprocket or at all right? I'm getting a Niche Gold chain 428 x ring. It comes with a master link which has a clip for quick connect like the DID chain so it looks to be an easy install. Maybe I'm just over thinking it as I'm not replacing any sprockets.

    • @azura13liss
      @azura13liss 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I meant I shouldn't have to loosen the rear axle to give the chain slack if Im going to break the chain. Every video I saw shows the guy loosening the front sprocket and that just confuses me. I'm sure the chain will come off without any loosening of the sprocket. I watched a grom chain replacement video and it seems to confirm this..

    Forget about the fact that for less than the cost of one lever, you could have used a motorcycle stand and not dropped your bike but it looks like you are changing lanes using your mirrors and without turning your head twice.. (Once to see if it is clear and a second while you change lanes). You should really stop and learn how to do the basics before you get yourself hurt.
