It’s a fake neon cuz you can’t make toys neon only pets, and I checked the values. i clicked on the toy and I can’t make it neon.

1. Trading values website doesn't have accurate values. Its not accurate to the real adopt me values.
2. The neon toy indeed isn't real. But it doesn't mean that's its fake because u can't make the toy neon in adopt me trading values website. But it is a hacked toy. And is also fake.

That is because it is a hacked item. People are able to run scripts which spawn these items in and they can act like it is one of a kind and get big overpays for it. This person didn’t say that he traded for it so I would assume he spawned it himself which is ban worthy
