The true royal line ended with Queen Victoria, which is another story. However, Diana's line is more English and is related to several Kings. This makes King William V a legitimate line to the English Throne - and Charles and his family knew this, which is why the Queen Mother and Diana's maternal grandmother arranged for that marriage.

This makes King George VI seem even more of an incredible father and person. And you can see why Her Majesty QEII was reportedly misty-eyed whenever her father was mentioned - even decades after his death. I lost my wonderful namesake father a couple years ago and there is something so special about men who are there for kids, regardless of biology. Awesome reading. 👑❤🤍💙🤗

I think the doctors worked it so that Bertie (George VI) thought the 'donation' was 100% his. There's a concept that is foreign to Americans, but I've learned from Brits called 'the royal lie'. Bertie learned hard lessons from his distant father (George V) and resolved to be a closer and more loving father than his own to his two adorable girls.

Lady C disclosed in her book on the Queen Mother that she "didn't do sex" and used artificial insemination for both pregnancies. Being an anxious sort he may well have had issues too, but there's a strong family resemblance to Queen Mary, so I'm not convinced a third party was involved. I've always wondered about the lack of familial traits between Edward and Bertie, though!

Yes I know a very elderly lady of similar vintage to the late Queen who told me this also, and that both were cesarians which is why only the two children. Two was the maximum number of recommended c-sections at the time. The Duke of Gloucester has no similarity in looks in the same way as Prince George D of K has. He married into the Buccleuch family Alice Douglas Montagu Scott. Quite possibly because the family knew of Prince George's inclinations he was the perfect choice. Therefore would not say anything. He was 23yrs when QE11 was born. When you see his photo your question may be answered. He was actually rumoured to bat for both sides of the fence. A very handsome guy but he would also have the royal blood/genes required. This insemination (turkey baster) was in its infancy and used by many heads of Royal families in Europe and the aristocracy right back to victorian times. The line of succession always went to oldest male first. If he , produce heirs this was the way they kept their lineage and vast estates intact.

The only shady biology that we know of (besides the Sussex kids), is Queen Elizabeth, The Queen Mother! Her and her younger brother’s biological mother was Lady Glamis’ and The Earl Strathmore’s favourite cook Marguerite! Lady Glamis had birthed 6 kids, was getting older, and couldn’t have more! So, they “used” Marguerite as a “surrogate “!Hence, Edward and Wallis Simpson called Elizabeth (Queen Mother): “Cookie”, and her middle name was Marguerite! As for QEII and Princess Margaret? No, they looked like their dad, Bertie!

Mumps only rarely leads to infertility. Even only 1 in 10 males who get mumps-related issues with their testes have a drop in their sperm counts, so they're not sterile, it may only take longer to get a woman pregnant. Maybe the queen had male children, but she miscarried them. Sometimes, miscarriages appear with living children, e.g. when you try to find out how many children somebody had, I see it very often with the pendulum. Elizabeth was born in 1926, on April 21st.

I went back and watched a Lady C members only video from 9 months ago, where a veiwer had asked about the rumours about the Queen Mother and Bertie's conception of The late Queen and Princess Margaret. She also discusses it in her book about the Queen Mother. She said that Elizabeth and Bertie consummated their marriage on the honeymoon, but Elizabeth was less than enamoured with the experience. She refused to have s*x with him ever again. When it came to conception of the princesses, Elizabeth went to a doctors office, and they did artificial insemination using Bertie's sperm. Lady C said that she's been assured by family sources that both babies were legitimate. The genetics are strong, as when you look at photos, Bertie is very like his mother Queen Mary and QEII also looks very like her, especially as she got older. Considering that Edward couldn't stand Elizabeth, I don't see why they would use his sperm rather than Bertie's. It was rumoured that both brothers had mumps as children, but I'm not sure if that's officially confirmed.

In fairly recent times, the Queen Mother's paternity was tied to her biological father and a castle cook while a former personal guard to British royalty has claimed paternity of a particular 'princess', leading one to accept that a sperm donor linked to the late Queen Mum is well within the realm of possibility. Broadly stated, and royal connections aside, money and status come with its own rulebook and no question asked.

I don't think the IRA would have killed Louis Mountbatten because he was the father of the Queen. They killed him and his grandson and a local because they were easy targets and because he was an important aristocrat and royal. Remember he was a Lord of the Admiralty and many other positions of responsibility including the creation of Pakistan. Though many consider that not his finest hour.

Bingo!! He was very well respected as a soldier king during WWI, an outdoorsman, and wise ruler. He was also of the Saxe-Coburg-Gotha lineage, same as the Windsors (Albert changed their house name to Belgium). Albert would have been 50 in 1925 and 55 in 1930. And he certainly was fertile with three children. Albert was also distant enough in the line so as not to present genetic problems. Given the little I have read, as a modern king of his times he would not have been offended by the request of the donation as a thank you to the country that fought on his country's behalf.

King Haakon’s wife Maude of Wales who was the youngest daughter of King Edward V11 and Queen Alexandra of the United Kingdom. Maude of Wales maintained a close relationship with the British Royal family visiting them every year at Sandringham. She died on November 20, 1938, making Haakon V11 a widower, which fits with what the cards told you. Shauna I really enjoy your channel & readings I really do but this is really not appropriate or I believe accurate. Firstly there is no way that the children of George V could have been at risk from haemophilia. This is only passed via females to males & George VI was descended though the male line. Neither his mother or grandmother has the gene so it’s wrong to speculate that this was ever a factor.
Q Victoria inherited it from her mother & passed it on to some of her female descendants (but not all) such as Alex (a granddaughter) who became the last Empress of Russia.
I have to say that there a some aspects of the auto writing with the late Queen that I find hard to believe, or that she would willingly reveal things that could damage her own family so badly. I don’t doubt your readings just why a spirit would make such a claim which your card dispute? Finally of course this is pure speculation & going from establish facts I can’t see how a love-match marriage of the late Queen’s parents would go there frankly it makes no sense especially when they weren’t in direct line (so under pressure for a heir) at the tine? I personally think it’s a rabbit hole & the digging should stop! Sorry not with you on this one.

@@MysticalFortunes I’m sure it will! I just worry that these totally speculative a unprovable ideas create division & unnecessary harm for an institution most of us (here) support & admire. From all I’ve read & seen of the late Queen Mother, George V & Queen Mary they were far too moral & sensible to risk breaking marriage vows & the blood line. Remember they had all seen what happened to their European relatives in 1917/18! As we see with the Harkles today nothing is more potentially damaging to a dynasty than to question or risk the legitimacy of the succession. I’ll leave it there.

I will throw another one out there. Prince Henry, Duke of Gloucester, the last surviving son of George V and Queen Mary, was quite atypical for the boys. Initially sickly as Bertie was he surprised all by growing tall, large, and strong at Eton, loving sports, and being quite unlike his brothers in many respects. He loved his Army life and was nearly killed twice during the Battle of France 1940. He married 1935 and had two children. Both boys, including the present Duke. It could absolutely be the grandfather... especially that his heir to the throne was a playboy without a wife and kids... the king might have wanted to make sure there are more heirs in the LOS in case David dies a childless king... them the crown would go to his brother or his brother's descendants, rather than to some cousins.

This story has been spoke of for decades. Has to be the German side of the family. Queen Mary of Teck relative. Elizabeth’s grandmother’s side . Her Majesty was born in April 1926.

Thank you for addressing such a delicate matter. Fantastic reading. Do you remember the baby that was smuggled into the Palace via a bed warmer? (Allegedly) Interesting history throughout the ages.
The mumps, low sperm count, there are many reasons as to why this is a possibility. Thank you, Shanta.

@lynnhubbard844 Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (MMR). I'm not coming at you, but I did say there are MANY reasons.

There was also the inbreeding. Very common in royal circles. And noting in the hundred years previous to the birth if QEII, Queen Victoria repopulated nearly all the royal house of Europe. And less not forget the Hapsburgs. Im sure that could have lead to fertility issues down the line as well.
If I had to guess it would be the Duke of Gloucester or the Duke of Kent. The last queen seemed very close to both of their children.

Ridiculous! You have just claimed that the current British Royal Family are illegitimate!!! Best to keep away from this subject or you may get cancelled
