In my first round, I bought myself a light raincoat with a hood with a built-in cap, I put on a cap under like you did, waterproof walking pants and waterproof shoes as well. Some waterproof gloves. This is life changing and this is not a big investment for such comfort. Thinking about a rainy day kit that you love definitely help. We deserve to feel good and protected under the rain because it's an hard challenge! I am with you on this!

I get fascinated by people that can drink so much water and not get side effects, I can't drink 2l a day without getting really bad muscles cramps by the end of the day, when I drink less water that doesn't happen, I am thinking of adding electrolytes in my water and see if that helps😢
