    Yum! Delicious!! I eat similarly although I'm gluten free and I love rice.
    For dessert treats - I think the key to success is making sure you still have dessert, or stuff you can call dessert in your head. For dessert I eat Lily's stevia chocolate chips, or trader Joe's chocolate honey mints (sugar free!). Sometimes I have "trail mix" that I make.. popcorn, cheesy popcorn, or home-baked leftover desserts that i store in the freezer, divided into 1 serving sizes.. examples of those include cashew butter chocolate bars - I put honey, butter, mulberry, dates, flax meal and all sorts of goodies in the cashew part of it, including popped sorghum instead of crushed bread crumbs - and then a mix of melted chocolate on top. Let it harden and cut. Yum.
    I also make sugar free gluten free berry pies and rutabaga pies, so I can have a slice of pie each night. Sometimes with a tiny slicer of vanilla ice cream. Yum.

      Hi Trish! We actually use a high end microphone, and the audio is optimized on our end. Did you check your speaker volume? Or maybe it's a headphone issue on mobile? :)

    Question; is your ibs a D or C prone? I see you do cruciferous items. It can be added gas, even sweet potato in place of pumpkin for me is actually safer. Without gallbladder beans and brocs are out sadly...I'd imagine you put together an Ibs - C category diet. That was my guess.

      Hi Becky. I really like the microfiltered whey protein isolate from Truenutrition.com. It doesn't contain a bunch of filler ingredients.
