Beautiful home. Love the kitchen & scullery. Nice outdoor party entertaining areas. I like the fact it had a good size yard. How is the HOA though? That alone would stop me but others seem to like it, so to each's own.

Yes it was. I was planning to get to it before leaving the first floor, but after i came in from viewing the pool, I completely forgot. That will not happen again.
