At the end of your shower, you should keep making it colder and colder. After a really hot shower your body temp is up and your pores are open. Taking it colder and colder lowers your temp and closes your pores which stops the sweating and can also help prevent acne. Plus it's like jumping into a pool after you've been running around, it's so refreshing! I don't go much below half hot and half cold (I shower at full hot - 130 degrees). Try turning it cool to finish.
