You asked what we could do: I believe a lot of Podcasters should have regular online prayers and meditations for their listeners. It’s proven that mass prayer and meditation can decrease violence and war worldwide, and our words have an important effect on everything and everyone. About 20 years ago I attended a conference in the twin cities which was held by Masaro Emoto, who wrote “Messages From Water” and many other books on the subject. It was an amazing conference and I got to meet Mr Emoto personally and have him sign a book for me. He had a very powerful aura that I could definitely feel. His books are about the powerful impact our words have on everything and he included many pictures in his books to prove his point. Prayers said by a group of people over a body of water can even decrease any pollution in the water. It’s amazing what mass prayer and meditation can accomplish. David Wilcock has a weekly podcast on Sunday afternoon, and he always includes prayer and meditation at the end, and I always listen even if I can’t attend it live. I definitely believe even this one weekly meditation helps the world. If this was done by other podcasters on a daily basis just think what the impact could be. ❤️🙏❤️
America is facing a profound mental health crisis, fueled by political polarization, social unrest, and economic strain. A significant aspect of this crisis is the intense emotional and psychological toll experienced by those who find it impossible to fathom the re-election of Donald Trump. For some, the mere thought of his return to office stirs feelings of dread, anxiety, and despair, exacerbating stress levels and contributing to a sense of national fragmentation. These individuals often feel alienated, struggling to reconcile their beliefs with a political landscape that seems to have shifted dramatically. The emotional derangement many face is characterized by an overwhelming sense of confusion and helplessness, as the political divide grows ever deeper. This mental health strain is not only limited to political opponents but also affects communities, families, and workplaces as tensions rise and collective trust erodes.
