    1. Wake up before sun rises and eat only what's necessary for them. Sleep before sunset. Maintain discipline. Or schedule.
    2. Consume only what's necessary
    3. Do not eat at abnory times
    4. Connect to your body and listen to problems that you're body tells you
    5. Earn, enjoy and share
    6. Good company and friendships with people who need nothing from you.

      Dear Surbhi, thanks for your question. Mohanji tells us that there are seven stages of Samadhi according to Vedic philosophy, or seven stages of stilling the mind. The final stage is when the meditator becomes one with the Universe, one with God. There is a video scheduled to be released shortly, where Mohanji talks about this in more detail.
      The term Mahasamadhi is generally used when a Master or a Saint who is fully established in Samadhi chooses to leave the body and expands into Consciousness. The place where they leave the body becomes tremendously energised. Mohanji says that Masters become more powerful when they leave the body, as they are not constrained by the limitations of the mortal coil.

      Dear Naina, according to Mohanji's teachings, we should accept everything that occurs in our life and make decisions based on the intellect and not the emotions. So please accept that this is your current situation. Do not get emotional about it. Think of what can be practically done in your situation and do it. Be ready to face the consequences.

    Well, in my sad case, my own parents are those people, constantly bickering and criticising about other's..
    If I avoid them, there's a sense of subtle guilt.
    Since I eat their bread.
    It's pretty messed up.

    It's not possible in today's busy world, where people are struggling with shift jobs to get up at sunrise and sleep at sunset. That kind of lifestyle is for the privileged, the Gurus and those who have enough money to schedule their day to day lives for optimum health. Imagine a single mom working three jobs, dropping off to sleep at sundown, leaving her children hungry, or with no money to pay the bills. She has to work overnights. Cannot wake up early. So everyone has to have their own way of creating schedules that fit their current lifestyle. Nothing can flow when one is in the midst of struggle. So maybe preachers and Gurus can come up with something for those in the transition of struggle. There are tens of millions of people who cannot afford to sleep and get up on time. The preachers and Gurus are so disconnected from realities of life . How can common people relate to them?

      In this video on healing yourself, Mohanji is giving practical advice that is based on the science of circadian rhythm when he speaks about sleep and eating routines. Most working people should be able to follow this to be in sync with nature.
      But for those whose life circumstances make it difficult to follow this, there are other steps in the video that they may still be able to follow.
      We would also like to add that
      Mohanji has experiential understanding of the living conditions of working class people, having experienced very challenging life situations himself.

      @DevyBee, thank you for your comment. You are absolutely correct in commenting that everyone has different capacitities and differing needs. That is why the points that Mohanji makes are relevant to many different groups of people. Please note that though he does not specifically mention this in the above excerpt, Mohanji always advises us to do whatever we can within our capacity at the time.
      Coming back to this video, waking up early is only one of the points that Mohanji mentions. Summarizing the other points: eating sparingly, eating to a relative schedule, connecting to one's own body, sharing what we have in abundance, keeping the company of good people and Masters are not impossible tasks. We can make choices to incorporate some or all of these points in our life to a degree even when life seems a struggle.
      In fact, prioritising our values and what we hold important, and maintaining some kind of discipline can be particularly helpful when we are stressed.
      We urge you to consider these points and make small, manageable changes at first, rather than aiming for sweeping changes.
