The Turkish Airlines' Airbus 330s appear to have an absolutely magnificent inflight product, especially for medium haul flights, but long haul flights as well. Their catering is always a winner.
Wow got to give it to Turkey! Istanbul has a really impressive airport terminal. It is still half finished though, the planned addition that will be nice is an air rail connection. Frankfurt Flughafen has a really nice old charm to it indeed. Thanks for sharing!
this came a year after our trip there! cant wait to go in July wish us luck plz!! i remember the floor before they preview the outer design of the plane.
Great vlog I will be there next month so it was really interesting for me. I love Turkish airlines and have flown with them a few times! Really good content and huge thumbs up from me.
Loved the whole video! Smooth editing, good sound and interesting descriptions throughout. I also flew TK last year on a trip to India and the crew were stupidly annoyed with me filming. It also seems weird that you had to hold for so long to land considering Istanbul New Airport has way more capacity than Atatürk. Great video!
I wonder who even thought this kind of setup of an airport is a good idea. My phone step counter counted 3.500m between my landing at b5, then to fast track at b15 area, then al the way to f16, and 3500 while useing travelators. Insanity. Im in good physical form, and my luggage had been checked all the way, and still it was quite an experience.
Istanbul New Airport is missing a train/people mover system; but its no wonder, because the airport managers want all pax to walk and pass through the overpriced shopping areas;
@@doc7austin thanks for reply. and what's more fascinating, when i landed at klia2, it is at a similar scale, but connecting there was so much more pleasant and faster, and im not even talking about changi airport that is a place of marvel, my girlfriend really liked their fast singapore tour when we had to wait for 6 hours once. While istanbul airport is quite a landmark and fun place to spend time waiting for long connections, i don't appreciate it in a practical way.
@@doc7austin Fair and true point. The consortium has not only paid for the whole construction, they have to pay 1 billion euros annually to the state for operation license. Most of the bill will be paid by office/space rents and through the J.V. with Gebr.Heinemann.
On such a large scale its a great idea to have different styles and designs. Imagine 1,4 million square metres of one single design. Horrible! Only annoying thing might to much lighting and advertising.
Curry chicken with rice...is heaven! Enjoyed the walk-through's at both airports :) - Red
Great video
Istanbul's new airport is one of the best in the world and the busiest in Europe. Turkish Airlines is now Europe's biggest flag carrier.

Turkish Airlines 👍👍👍
I love Istanbul 🤝🤲🍊🍋
Thank you for information 🤲🇨🇦🍋🍊
The runway you departed from was 07c not 25c
9:22 only 25% of the airport is finished and it could get quiet busy sometimes 😊
Efsane
Were the FAs not happy you filming them or you filming the flight (out of the window, eg.)?
Thank you for sharing your flight report with us.
What is the music in the beginning?
Looks like a giant mall
New airport shouldve been named dirlis ertugrul international airport
How exactly did you get to the departures level without going through security??
If you arrive from an EU country and have an onward boarding pass, you are directly let into the secure departure level; no security check needed
3:16 What's up with that hat??? OMG
"German High Speed Train" 🤭

The design at the new airpot in Istanbul looks like " I will but I can not" ;o) A mix from all. But no line in the design :o(
