Dear Gemma, this works even for automatic processes. Anyway, there is no process 100% Automatic, there is always a manual percentage in any operation. If you have a different example please share.
@@LeanVlog I have worked with automatic processes for coca-cola bottling. The main purpose of the operator is to attend to any machine stoppages and to replenish the occasional reel of labels on an auto-splice splice. The only way they could affect the bottleneck would be to turn the speed down on the bottleneck machine. Here we used line balancing to refer to the speeds the conveyors are set to in order to prevent bottles knocking into each other and falling over.
Quality content that is unfortunately not viewed or recognized enough. Keep on the excellent production!
Thank you Hassan. I would like to convince more people as possible to be lean.
Thank you for the video!
I have a question, can I eliminate non-value added operation and then I apply Line Balancing?
Very nice explanation
Thank you!
great stuff 😃
Hello, thanks for your very useful video content. Would you mind if sending me ppt file for this video? Thanks in advance
Excelent!
Very good. Thank you
This seems to be for manual processes. What about line balancing for automatic processes?

May you give me book/ reference about it sir, plz
Sure: write me mark.anderson@leanvlog.com
you should reduce cycle time from 42 to 36 before line balancing
Thank you
Thank you
I hope it helps.
