It's time for the much anticipated combat video! This is a video covering the basics of RPGA's combat video, the goal is just to get a working combat system.
I am for some reasoning running into a difficulty where my status effect won't remove the enemies from battle, any tips to try and fix this? Edit: Nvm i figured it out. 2nd Edit: For some reason the battle thinks the previous scene is the battle... When i kill both enemies it loops back to the beginning of the battle again. Is there some reason why it doesn't remember my overworld as the previous scene?
I followed your guide, but I could not get the Battle Window to display at all. Nothing shows up. I have it set to "Menu" as User Interface Type to have it put in the Battle Configuration's Battler Command Menu. I setup an "Overlay" version for the Battle Configuration and it does display the window with no text or cursor. As a Menu... nothing. No window, no text, no cursor. It would REALLY help if you didn't skip some parts because I can't make a combat system at present as I did know what you did differently and where I went wrong. Do I need to include the Execute stuff? Because I should've had the damn window display before that. Can you help please?
suuuuuper late, but i think crucible forgot to mention to set your character as knowing the attack skill. you'd do that using that character's trait menu

Is it feasible in any capacity to do an active/action battle system in RPG Architect? Similar to zelda-style SNES games.
