Mam why not Govt. giving compassionate appointment as per list available of deceased Govt.servant in Govt. Offices by way of serial number wise which was already available and all details of financial and non financial of deceased Govt.servant also in record of office.

Our Odisha government delays years and years at their end to give appoint to the Applicants under Compassionate appointment (Rehabilitation assistance scheme). When 5 to 7 years passed a certain new rule introduced to eliminate the pending case by forcibly including the previous pending cases to be treated under the new set of 'bla-bla rules' set by state government, against which a case registered by "Malay N Sethi vs State of Odisha" ( GA OCS Rehabilitation Rule 2020) in Supreme Court .
SC condemned that deliberate delay of odisha government for giving appointment to compassionate appointment Applicants.
