Good to see you back Katrina, Happy New Year. I feel that sometimes unless you have loads of compost you just have to “tickle” the soil. Fab dish liquid idea. Plus if your constantly topping up a raised bed it’s going to get to the top very quickly 😂. Lots of jobs to do in Jan but for me it’s just indoor seed sowing for now. Hi Ali sent me over. Broad forks are mega expensive 😮, a pitch fork is good enough, im no dig but ive just dug lots of couch grass out😂. Good tips for the hydrophobic compost.👌👍
Welcome! Not much gardening happening these days. We’ve had several wind storms and I’ve had damage to my greenhouse but thankfully it’s repairable. But I’ve not had to water my soil lately as several roof panels were blown off and the rain has kept it watered 😭
