Well thats normal. You just have to open more because more means more chance. Its not like 50% chance for legendary, but its like 15% chance to get leendary. And out of that 15%, only like 2% drop premium legendary. Just accept your luck

The chances of getting good items is minimal, but it's profitable if you don't use tokens to buy boxes.
The only thing I can recommend is to farm gold to invest in the base and accumulate up to 70 or 80 objects to open it and hopefully good objects can come out.

There is no specific level you just have to have a good mechs, to collect the maximum coins you have to farm 3 or 4 times a day in the final boss of 2vs2
