Good one,The vault sounded surprisingly good at that price, Would be great with a little less distortion.
Go for a cheap nice guitar and buy a super amp and then slowly upgrade your guitar
A good tip for beginners from my experience

But considering the design constitutes I like the vault
Vault for distortion 🤘,and if someone wants clean tone then go for Stratocaster
Last riff was from tornado of souls
Buy vault then install emg pickup.
I have cortx1 which I have bought in 2013. Recently I changed the pickup and installed emg66 pickup. Now it sounds great. Moreover I think if you have good amplifier you can makeup your tone with some changes in Eq settings.
Have you changed only the neck pickup?
How ia it performing with the powersound bridge?
I also have Cort X-1 and I want to know possible upgrades...

As a guitarist its clearly seen that the vault pick up sound quality is better than epiphone,but i dont know about the handling and a built quality but vault is better interms of pickup sound

That would be difficult as epiphone is not easy to get for reviews..

Well. Comparing a "Les Paul design" copy guitar (Vault) with Epiphone who have the licensed "Les Paul" guitars.
Price is one thing - but would you want to own a Les Paul Copy OR own atleast a licensed Les Paul [even if not Gibson]? Anyways - I guess it's based on which country you are in, maybe knockoffs are okay there.
So you don't understand the concept of 'homage' designs.
There are 3 popular designs in the electric guitar community i.e. strat,lp and tele and all of the guitar manufacturer supposedly 'copy' Stratocaster and telecaster design from fender??
Going for LP1mn, and a 30 watt vault amp, will it work?

The proper comparison would be Cort AD-810 vs Yamaha F-310 (both are dreadnoughts at around Rs. 10,000) and Vault EA-40 vs Ibanez MD-39C (both 39-40 inch cutaways at a price tag of near Rs. 7,000). I would personally go for the Cort as it's light weight, well-crafted easy to play and has a rich sound. If you're interested, look for Cort CAP-810 OP Acoustic Guitar Jam Pack, which includes Gig Bag, Strap, Picks & Clip-on Tuner -- currently available online with Music Stores (Hydreabad) and John's Music (Kalyan, Maharashtra).

My guitar action was good..didn't do any effort..but this is subjective..not all pieces have same action
