Im wondering if the Alone first aid kit includes pain killers like tylenol or advil? I get headaches frequently, but i need advil ot tylenol on hand to break the headache before it turns to a migraine. Do the producers expect contestanta to suffer through potential headaches, or do the supply a ration of pain relievers to help contestants stay in the game?

Hi William, have you watched the season that you were on? If so, do you have any thought on the editing and how accurately they portrayed your time on there? Thanks!

Now where did you get that enamel coated pot?
We have an old enamel coated bread pan at the cabin,
We use it for a dish pan, we lay it on the stove and boil the dishes clean,
I would like to get another pan like it.

85! Well done. Saw a nice 3 year old bull fishing at the pond. We haven't entered draws now 3 years as never hunted. Now in Alberta you must buy hunting licence to enter draws $$$. Only about meat for us William so plan to get two steers lol. Hunt them over oat can. Need to finish my fence for next June. We may try for whitetail even an elk as open no draw but unlikely. Got beef brisket 3.99 a pound at CO-OP 🎉😂

I've read in old camping books that the best part of a beaver to eat is the tail. Even in Lure of the Labrador Wild George Elson talks about the tail being nice and greasy and the best kind of eating. Is this true and what does it taste like?

we all know that the Alone show is NEVER going to be allowed to last 4 months and probably not 3 months. Rarely does it go beyond 11 weeks. That has only happened for 2 (normal seasons) out of 10. The moose guy ruined himself by using the brain to tan the (worthless to him) hide. Ditto preserving at least 200 lbs of meat that he was never going to need. Meanwhile, he wasted the fat/marrow in the big bones and ribcage and (probably) wasted a lot of the blood, too, both of which have very much needed fat and fat-soluable vitamins. He also didn't take the pemmican and gorp, needed for strength while he got the needed netting made out of the rope hammock. and made the stick and stone baited net-weir. He probably also didn't take the 3 lb block of sea-salt, which is very much needed, too. Without the salt and other minerals, you can't sleep right, cause you're dehydrated. This makes it hard to think well. Duh. how to make room in your 10 item list for the salt, 2 rations, and hammock? easy, Dont take the axe or saw, cookpot, ferrorod, big knife, gillnet, snarewire, fishing gear, or paracord. How to not waste a week on a shelter build and two weeks on firewood? Take the big roll of Gorilla tape and the reflective 12x12 tarp. and use half of the tarp to make your little pole-tent for sleeping.

So without all those listed items , How would someone catch anything to eat, or cook it?
