- I honestly think the admins gave up with moderating UGC accessories, normally Dominus knock-offs would be banned in hours, but now they last days. It’s gotten to a point where anyone with a few hundred robux spare can get a Dominus!

At this point its clear roblox doesnt care about limited copies. I wouldnt be suprised if they removed limiteds from the site and just allow anyone to make any hat they want. Roblox makes more money this way.

at this point roblox might remove the ugc creation, limiteds aren't worth it anymore, buying expensive items like headless aren't worth anymore, ugc was just fine before
things started worst when more people got access to ugc creation :/, honestly roblox could just have made just a few people (20-10) have access to create ugc items it would be easy to moderate cause of low people having access.
tbh the majority of players dont have limiteds. the only reason why everybody talks about them is cause of the amount of traders and rich players endorsing them. tbh id say its a W lol

Kinda makes me sad cause I have a real Valkyrie helm (didn’t spend a retarded amount of money on it, but traded up to it which took several months) and while I don’t mind the ones that look similar, I do wish they would fix the blatant copycats.
Roblox should limit the amount of ugc a person can create. For example, a couple item a month (like maybe 3 or so), this will limit the amount of fakes or mimicked limited roblox items, and not only that, it will also force people to make better ugc item because they are limited in what they can make, so they would have no choice but to put a little more efford and creativity into make it.
This or a longer wait between item uploads is a great idea.
what is also a good idea is a moderation Queue which can take up to 7 days to pass or so and has people double checking the item for similar assets on the catalog.
1:1 copies are a terrible practice as they remove the incentive to create new original hats that can be inspired slightly by what they are copying currently.
I do however think they should allow similar but not over 80% accurate hats.
They used to have one, then they removed it...
I'm waiting for my job at roblox and I'll tell them this nice advice

The Halloween valk helm was meant to be a gift item and when it was meant to be released it was delayed so much and then the creator released it for 100 robux, giving out no refunds. They were also on the gift video you made and you called them out for it. We also didnt get refunds on the dominus crimson yet.
This kind of stuff has been happening for years on Roblox, the fact that someone can just reupload an existing item for cheaper and it's still there shows a lot about how terrible that Roblox moderation is, it's just a double edged sword
I've found some valk copies too that are just the original mesh but slightly changed. It's crazy.

There were so many problems going on, exploiters, bugs, these kinds of accessories. That they just gave up..
Which means that roblox will no longer do something good. I also fear that roblox will no longer be safe for kids if the moderators just gave up.

One of the valks called "Halloween Valkyrie Helmet" was supposed to be a gift item but it just turned into a normal item which means who ever bought the gift that contained the Halloween Valkyrie were scammed. Roblox is weird I bought a 15 robux ripoff valk and it got deleted for 2 days then got RESTORED back into the catalog and in my inventory, also, roblox removed 2/3 of my classic clothing from my inventory! When I go them in the catalog they say they are in my inventory, but they are not! Roblox at its greatest downfall.

While dominus crimson was deleted, theres a group called insertugc that make these 1:1 dominus aureus copies with different colors. Its super cool to own them and they even made a deadly dark dominus that is SO perfect that you would not even think its fake.
they sell these dominus in small 10 second selling times for 50 rbx each dominus piece. (150 for a whole dominus)

The thing with the Halloween Valkyrie helmet is, it's actually a gift box item. The group (giddy ugc) wasn't uploading anything or just being active in general. All they did was making more gifts without releasing them. And of course, the whole community got mad. Then the owner sold the group and the new owner released all current gift box items for 100 robux each, because 'we were a bad community'.

I’m really disappointed in the state of moderation at the moment, but let’s all be honest, Roblox just doesn’t care about the community or what they do anymore. Especially with all these fake Dominus’ uploaded. Unfortunately, there’s not much that we can do. We just have to hope Ruben Sim’s “Moderation For Dummies” account uploads something about this and gets them banned.

By the way... roblox made a new rule where if you buy a fake ugc limited you don't get a refund. And now creators are making a gamepass method where you buy a gamepass and then you get a pop-up to buy the item, which in that case, the creator keeps the robux and your left with nothing but a content deleted spot in your inventory

i found some in some free UGC games that weren't free. The ones I saw weren't even remakes of popular limited. They were flat out the same mesh and texture. I saw one on the marketplace too, the description was "Oops, I accidentally copied the Valk mesh and uploaded it". That was the description?! You used to not even be able to upload a game thumbnail or t-shirt with two Roblox characters, but you can do this? They are clearly taking some kind of break.
I'm not savvy when it comes to stock or anything, but I know Roblox is in the stock market as RBLX. I just wanna know, won't this give them a decline in the market? That halloween valk was actually a scam, it was from the “Halloween valkyrie gift” that never opened after the owner transferred ownership to a random person. That item was meant to be inside of the gift.
