I knew I was having sleep paralysis at the same time and I was in my bed. I haven't had sleep paralysis in a long time. My question for you is what can I do as far as protections because of this I drew a room on my TV screen so that I can close any portals all of my mirrors are either put away or covered can I have crystals in my room I just want to know if you have any advice because I do feel like there's something trying to keep me from ascending or moving forward or getting unstuck I just need some type of advice. And it's someone from my neighbourhood and they know it's my cat so they are literally hiding my baby... Cause yeah I've got adhd and for which I take medicine why I have to see a nurse regulary and now she have some doubt of how I feel although I feel just fine really, yes everything goes nice and smooth here, but yeah I have a little more energy now because I have been sick in Grave's disease for years and had zero energy then, but I went through a surgery and have healed from that now, this nurse though first met me when I was sick and then I was constantly tired all the time and when she meet me now and I tell her how I feel now that is such a contrast to how I felt then that she seems to think that perhaps I'm a little hyper activite now? But no I'm not. Seriously I'm very balanced, I just have a little more energy yes and which is good, yeah finally! Cause I couldn't even work or anything before, while now I can and I feel very good mentally as well, I'm in a good mood and everything and I sleep well at night but oh no this nurse seem to have a problem with us who have just a little more energy then others, are creative (I'm an artist) and perhaps a little too happy for these low viberated people?
