Hey to get out whatever material out of the hole saw, you just smack it up against something while you're running the drill.

Hey thanks for making this vid, I just bought the smaller kit and this will be really useful. How come you didn’t use the ejector spring btw?

The springs are only any good for thin metal. They are no good for full depth drilling into timber.

Is there a Makita Hole Saw Kit for the 14.4 volt 10mm drill?

Why the drill bit is flush with the hole saw, isn't it shorter than what it should be?, had it been longer it would of pinned the hole saw to the wood instead of what happened at the beginning of the video that could of chopped your leg underneath ( Without safety boots, Yikes)

Hello, how have they held up over time??? I live in Houston and you don't really see too many makita products like that in the hardware stores. I rather get makita then milwuakee since all my bits and such are makita. Would it be worth ordering it online and waiting? Or just get the Milwaukee one , there a dime a dozen over here, people even resell them at flee markets and such.

I wouldn't bother going to any effort to get these, they are nothing special. Just go with the Milwaukees if they are cheap and readily available. Funny how the world works, the Milwaukee ones cost an arm and a leg over here.

@@BuildsStuff dont get me wrong they cost and arm an a leg in our homedepot , depending which kit of course. But I love going to flee markets or as I call them "la pulgas". Many people make a living off of buying liquidation pallets and reselling items for reduced prices. I can get the 19 piece Milwaukee hole saw kits (both metal and wood) for $40-30. I wouldnt recommend doing this with tools since they can be defective since it just returns from big box stores, the reason they are called liquidation pallets.

Can this set be purchased in the US? Amazon says it sells in the UK?

The Makita tools delivered in those plastic/alu flight cases are pretty generic consumer quality. A white label product with Makita branding. If you want high quality hole saws get some European or US made ones like Bahco or Starrett hole saws. If you look at the stamping on these hole saws you see that it is identical to many cheap hole saws you can get at any home improvement store. I have some "Predator" brand hole saws with identical stamping and they were cheap.

Tools and stuff hasn't though. Have you seen the figures that guy is getting at the moment on the brushless planer and the purple impact vids. Smashing it!
