Maam, my relative has ocuuoued my land . He doesn't have any document. I have proper registered document with patta. Now when we went to complaint against him in police station, he filed a caveat. Now we got to know that we can't take any action against him for 90 days.could you please guide how should I proceed further? Will I be able to own my land? Can he give multiple caveat?? Can they do this for life long??
