How the heck do we select landscape mode on the print documents option. I’m trying to sprint a on 11x17 project print and it keeps laying down the ink on portrait. I can’t believe their wouldn’t have thought of adding an option to correct that.

We have an Epson WF-3530 that we are trying to pair with my husband’s iPhone. We can’t find any instructions for how to do get that done. Neither of us are very tech savvy, but surely there are instructions for “the elderly”!? Do you have any advice?????
Hello, when I tap print I get a “general error” telling me to make sure printer paper is not jammed and to turn the printer on and off”. there is no paper jammed in my machine. Can you help me out?
Mine use to work then stopped the printer isnt that old either it's an XP 255 bought last year. I have a new router now and I've downloaded the software twice again still theirs an error. My 2nd Epson Printer that's gone faulty very disappointing and before that I had a Canon also went faulty.
communication error ......does not work.....registered app picks up my epson 2700 ...but then on printing NO PRINTER DETECTED MACHINE DOES NOT WORK tried everything.........waste of money

Doesn't work. Identical SSID, but the app cannot find my printer. I tried by IP as well, but it also doesn't work.

How do you find the documents in iphone? I tried the “print documents” option in the app but ended up with a screen with no folders.

Hey, you have to save your document to the Epson iprint folder in the documents app. It will show up on the Epson ios app
