From a UI standpoint, the "orders" window takes up a ton of space. There's a workaround to allow you to give commands while getting rid of that window. If you select the option you want (so "haul" for example), and then press the keyboard shortcut for your inventory ("I", I think?), and then press it again, your inventory will open, which will close that orders window, then your inventory will close, and the orders window will be closed as well, but the "haul" command will still be selected. You can't change any of the settings while you're doing that, but it does let you use the whole screen to select things. Mostly helpful if you're doing bulk orders of the same style (so you've left lights near all the important stuff for example).
For once social actually worked as expected :) - At 22:48 you can see in the log that the objective was completed. I'm with you though, the social objectives are annoying.
"Nothing worse than getting on your final leg of docking, and an NPC slams into you and destroys your ship" That situation is why I say "Save often. Save frequently, Save Religiously." Also, when you get those comms about undocking and prepare to be boarded that you missed because you were busy stripping ships for legal salvage, check your transponder. Often, it's the local fuzz trying to shake you down and harass you. If that happens, your transponder will say WANTED on it under Condition. (I checked the video, and it did not. You are fine in this video.)
BTW, if you're really curious about her skills, there's a workaround about NPCs giving only randomly selected replies. Ask her about skills, caps, then read all of her possible replies. If she has any skills, there should a topic about each.

I think Phoebe drinks so much for painkiller. XD You keep vaulting her around the ship because your acceleration is > 1G.
