Iran ‘doesn’t like’ Donald Trump as he was ‘able to handle’ them

Filmmaker Ami Horowitz says Iran “doesn’t like” Donald Trump because he was “able to handle” the country.
“Iran doesn’t like Trump,” Mr Horowitz told Sky News host Danica De Giorgio.
“Why? Because Trump was able to handle Iran.
“He put on more sanctions.”

Correct me if I am wrong. As I recall Trump withdrew US from an agreement with Iran but did not have another to replace it. As I see it, it was not q good agreement but it was better than nothing.
