*spoilers* 15:07 the Jungle/Sand ravage card actually ravages first!! So I should have grown into either of the sands and used Mesmerized there. Luckily my best bud Grim Toll bailed me out :)
Yeah it's a little deceiving. If you check out 13:50 you can see that even the popup says that Jungle/Sands build first THEN Jungle/Mountains, ravage would be same order
