My heart pains when I watch the video. I am thrilled to be a part of the Holland Great House having lived in the House when my father worked on the estate as a farm headman. He created history as the only headman to occupy a wing of that massive building. The property was a thriving, working plantation. That was over SIXTY years ago!! I will be visiting soon to re-live my childhood. I will tag along with anyone wanting to document this rich history of the Holland Great House!!!
Thanks Alex to you and your dad for showing these wonderful buildings. I didn't know that Jamaica had so much history. Yes you're right they're very interesting.
Nuff love elite Jamaica beautiful Jamaica , the sand beauty that now a days young Jamaicans are destroying😕sad may god have mercy on those distruckers . Love you elite Jamaica
Hi Alex how are you long time glad you are still showing me my parish May the good Lord contine to bless you with the most richest blessings thanks a lot ❤🇨🇦
Blessings Alex. It stuns me to think how much wealth must’ve been in St Thomas back then. It’s just sinful to see how Europe ravished these tiny paradise islands n turned a blind eye even as they struggle to this day to find a footing.
Good evening Elite Jamaica 🇯🇲😎🙌. Hi Alex. A happy Sunday to you. I will watch later. Thanks for sharing eh. 👍. Please be safe. Blessings 🙌and guidance in all of your traveling on the roads and with your discovery ✨🙏🙌❤💛. Have blessed evening.

It is so heartbreaking that such a large estate with so much history was unknown to me. I lived near Golden Grove. I have been to the Mayan ruins in Mexico, but this would have meant so much more.
Great Find Alexx! Very interesting and very Curious. Looks like the front part of the property was captured and used for new kind of industry. They obviously added on new building beside the Ruins. Maybe some illegal runnings was going on here! Stop me do....mi imagination running away wid mi!!😂 Do you know what crop was planted originally on this estate? Probably Sugar Cane cause there are no trees anywhere when you scan the property. Wonder if there is an owner alive today? I am so curious about this abandoned place!
Can you imagine what that place could if our governments had done something to that building before it reached this state of ruin. It was a large majestic house. I lived there in the 60s when my late father was a property headman. He created history as the only 'local person's to occupy that space up to then! I wish I could share my experience with anyone wanting to hear it!!
Thanks for watching
That’s Magnificent, without you we would never even dream of discovering so much historical ruins, amazing ♥️🌟

Wow..Can you imagine if there was a historical system that maintained these historical treasures of Jamaica...🇯🇲💞
I was thinking the same thing. I am sure a site as large as this could have been cared for and be open to tourists even for donations.
Thanks Alex to you and your dad for showing these wonderful buildings. I didn't know that Jamaica had so much history. Yes you're right they're very interesting.

Be careful of crocodiles 🐊 and snakes 🐍. You should research the dangers.
Get somebody and Clair it out and let it be a tourist sight
Well you cant blame people from utilising the empty spaces as the Government did nothing to save the history of the country
