    I heard sellers are getting in trouble by using js automation use, is it true? What's the consequence? Im spread use this review automation tools since then. TIA

    What if I have review automation enabled as well as an email campaign? Will the buyer receive 2 review requests?

      Yes, however, the email from the email campaign will be sent by you, whereas the review automation email is sent by Amazon 😊 ^PW

      @@junglescout thanks! So is it best to only have 1 feature enabled? So that the buyer doesn’t receive 2 request emails? Also - which email address will the email campaign be sent from? For example we have multiple users on our Seller Central.

      I'd suggest using the review automation tool as the email sent to your customers will come from: donotreply@amazon.com and is 100% within Amazon TOS 😃 - LJ

      @@junglescout yes, just started, launch first product, I tried 4 times to purchase your software, had sent message to your support center, purchase couldnot verify, My bank also hesitate to fix, ultimately went with another one, however, I love your videos, Definately use your software in future.

      I actually want to reactivate my account that was deactivated after registration on Seller Central, it says I need additional documentation to proceed and a previous message says it is linked to another account

      I see an option for Account Suspension under the Legal category in the link provided. I don’t know if I fall into that category

    thank you for pointing out that the review automation is not as effective as it used to be. You also mentioned that this would be the least effective way to get reviews in your strategy. so... what would be the other ways to get reviews? Thank you!

      It says the was linked to another account. I had started off trying to register an individual account, got stuck along the line and contacted Amazon seller support who said I just had to use another email address and that I did, however I registered a professional account this time with the new email address

    I would love to see a parameter that would let us decide when to send the review requests within the 30-day period.
    It would be even better if we could adjust this parameter for individual products: For some products we’re getting better results if we send review requests 10-20 days later. Like for gift products, it works better to ask for a review once the product has been offered.
    Looking forward seeing PPC management tools in the webapp 🙏🤞

    Can we skip review requests for repeat buyers? For products with a high number of repeat buyers, this would avoid multiple requests to the same customer.

      This has been available on H10 and Zonguru for quite a while. I have not been that successfull with reviews and would be keen to know if this is better and why. Pretty high rate of opt outs by buyers.
