@@natec9719 almost any college sport is better than the pros because pretty much every state has a major college, which makes it way more passionate because most people want to pull for their state team. Instead of like me, I live in Alabama and we dont have any major sports teams. That is why college football is such a BIG DEAL here! There is nothing else for us to root for and go to the games and stuff unless we want to take a 4 hour drive to Atlanta or Nashville.
I was at the KU vs Mizzou game it was so loud my ears where ringing like it alms oh became quiet how loud it was, Isabel comeback crazy block and one of the last times we will ever play them it was insane!!
4:31 was the best one.... The UVM chants half of which were fans of another school who stuck around after there game or are waiting on there game and wanted to root for a upset. Then on the 3 was not a loud cheer but a even better AHHHHHH... Teams coming together is heart warming. That was dope
I was at the world record for loudest outdoor roar set by the 2014 Chiefs: 142.2 dB. I was at the world record for loudest indoor roar set by the 2017 Jayhawks: 130.4 dB. 9:22 -- Thomas Robinson's block of Phil Pressey in the final KU-MU Border War is FAR AND AWAY the loudest crowd roar I have ever heard.
Nicklas Kubat Assembly Hall does get pretty crazy but the Allen Fieldhouse has long earned the title as the loudest college arena. It's deafening. The Allen Fieldhouse once hit 122 in decibels. Once the ball is tipped, there's not a louder college basketball arena.
The loudest crowd I ever heard was Cole Field House in 2002, when Steve Blake stole the ball from Jay Williams for a layup at the halftime buzzer. The tension and stakes for those games had accrued for a few years and the level of play was high. It was an early afternoon game too. As decibels go I’m sure it didn’t break records but in real time I just cannot describe how loud it was. In fact part of the steal itself was because just prior, it was still so loud then that Williams kept looking back at Coach K to hear the play. I’m biased of course, but for a few hours, the earth shook.
When I saw the title of the video the first thing I thought of was the first clip, the Marco Killingsworth breakaway dunk against Duke. Crowd was insane.
What about UNC's 8 points in 17 seconds against Duke, in Carmichael Auditorium? Went from you being able to hear a pen drop to you being able to hear cheers on the far side of the parking lot...
Yo Mitch Drabenstott, good video and all but you forget about Mackey Arena home of the Purdue Boilermakers. The place is that loudest NCAA basketball arean in the country when things are crazy.
For Iowa St. The comeback against Iowa was MUCH louder than the Naz Long buzzer beater. If you ever do another one of these lists, that should definitely be on there. (Good list though)
Can someone explain to me how that was a blocking foul in the beginning where the KU guy ran into the Baylor guy? His feet were clearly set and had him beat to that spot. Is there another part to the rule? Also MIZZOU ON TOP!!! MIZ!!!!
So I want to ask this- Would anyone consider the shot by the Alabama player to send the Alabama-Georgia game at the Georgia dome before the tornado, a great crowd moment?
That last one between Duke and Virginia Tech: i remember this one. Duke was #1,and it was Va Tech's first year in the ACC. This was the first time i had ever seen fans storm the field when the #1 team won the game.
lol at the Illinois-Indiana clip where the refs tried to get control by continuously blowing their whistles in case the game went into overtime. Stevie Wonder could see that ball was out in time. Good play. That's how they draw em up. One more thought for the Iowa State-Oklahoma State clip, when people talk about some of the best/toughest places to play in college basketball, Hilton Coliseum in Ames isn't really talked about. However, the Hilton Magic does exist and makes it one of the biggest pains in the ass to play at, especially when they have a good squad. This is coming from a Nebraska fan.
College sports are always more passionate than the pros.
Garrett1240 it's cause they're not playing for money
WealthyMatharu TV and the student sections wither the pride for their schools
Ole Okie Watson
Hi

Arkansas crowds were the loudest during the 90s
I can’t ever imagine college basketball without Dick Vitale.

"I'll tell you, it comes down to fundamentals."
*Sorrentines hoists a shot from half court*
I was at the KU vs Mizzou game it was so loud my ears where ringing like it alms oh became quiet how loud it was, Isabel comeback crazy block and one of the last times we will ever play them it was insane!!
allen field house set the record of loudest arena during that game/play...
Rock Chalk and then set it again against wvu last year
GO KU!!!
KU is the best, not just about the teams but mostly about the community. KU is just a awesome college
Please do one of these for college football.
I might do one eventually, but right now I'd like to focus on college basketball since the season is starting.
Mitch Drabenstott
2:22 The Crowd Goes Loud As They Run Into The Court After That Buzzer Beater Shot From Illinois!!!
4:42 is a cool one. The crowd appreciating an incredible defensive play is worth a watch, especially a heads up block
4:31 was the best one.... The UVM chants half of which were fans of another school who stuck around after there game or are waiting on there game and wanted to root for a upset. Then on the 3 was not a loud cheer but a even better AHHHHHH... Teams coming together is heart warming. That was dope
I have never seen someone so happy than my man number 11 on 7:26, that reaction was glorious
At 5:33 everybody in the building screamed “yeah” at the same time
I was at the world record for loudest outdoor roar set by the 2014 Chiefs: 142.2 dB. Thank you so much for including the Talor Battle bucket at 1:34
Allen Fieldhouse and Assembly Hall are in a class of their own. Unreal environment in those gyms.
Dean smith center in the Kentucky and 05 duke games was popping too
7:42 Rip adreian Payne 😢
High school: “college is no joke”
College:
Releford half court shot gives me chills... Roll tide!
Assembly Hall in Indiana University is where it's at! Always rocking no matter what!
By far the loudest arena in the nation. AND the largest student section
Danny Weinreb Allen Fieldhouse is louder.
Slick Nick Kansas is louder most of the the time but Indiana gets louder for big games.
Rocking to what? Missing the tournament and another 18-16 season?
Do a video that is the opposite of this, top crowd silencers
It's on my list, I plan to make a lot of these types of videos over winter break.
Mitch Drabenstott Loved 11:16
FixEt Felix lmfao

10:02, I remember saying "Why is Hibbert going for......OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH I CAN'TBELIEVE IT
Aaron Walker WOW!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Aaron Walker I loved 11:16

The one where IU plays Kentucky is the loudest one. Proud to be a Hoosier.
"He got a manicure too!" 😂😂😂
At 6:13 they gave Kentucky the point lol
AppleCiderCookies 6:13 was funny they put it 75-70 instead of 72-73
FixEt Felix that's what he said...
AppleCiderCookies kentucky won the championship that year tho...
Ky REN3GADE lol they did but they also didn't play at assembly hall for a long time after that either cause calipari chickened out
FlyBoy Kentucky did get their revenge in that tournament
0:40 lol that home crowd....nice job big 12 committee.
I’m a KU fan but you’re right that’s not fair for Baylor
7:08 letting everyone know he got them big ol' balls 😂 😂 😂
2:25 I remember watching it on my coach and jumping up and down. What a great moment

Being in the Dean Dome when UNC spanks dook, NO BETTER FEELING 🏆🏆🏆🔥🔥🔥
When I saw the title of the video the first thing I thought of was the first clip, the Marco Killingsworth breakaway dunk against Duke. Crowd was insane.
Dick Vitale started the “Yessir!!” Saying
0:46 "he gave him a facial" 😂
U blokes this is the reason why I luv basketball. When the game goes down the wire.
0:49 best reaction by far lmao
Bruh Mackey Arena gets louder than half these clips before the ball is even tipped
lmao Indiana coach's reaction to beating the number one team in the nation 6:15
Lmao
What about UNC's 8 points in 17 seconds against Duke, in Carmichael Auditorium? Went from you being able to hear a pen drop to you being able to hear cheers on the far side of the parking lot...
Yo Mitch Drabenstott, good video and all but you forget about Mackey Arena home of the Purdue Boilermakers. The place is that loudest NCAA basketball arean in the country when things are crazy.
Napier was like: "Okay, BYEEEE"
4:32 I can’t stop watching it
What about Louisville's last game at Freedom Hall when they upset #1 Syracuse? 2010, check it out. One of CBB's go t shots in video clips.
That And 1 play from that UNC and Duke game will forever be iconic #Tarheelnation 🎉
Should add the Arkansas buzzer beater putback dunk. It's incredible how loud it was. Great video though
I plan to make a part 2 soon. I'll be sure to add that!
For Iowa St. The comeback against Iowa was MUCH louder than the Naz Long buzzer beater. If you ever do another one of these lists, that should definitely be on there. (Good list though)
Or the comeback against OU
Did I see Pearl Washington's half court shot in front of 31,000 @ the Carrier Dome?
5:33 best ever
I've never heard a louder crowd reaction. Gives me chills.
Too bad Duke hit a 3 on the next possession and left UNC 2 seconds to score, but they came up short and Duke won
jctraylor unc won that game 🤦♂️
Can someone explain to me how that was a blocking foul in the beginning where the KU guy ran into the Baylor guy? His feet were clearly set and had him beat to that spot. Is there another part to the rule? Also MIZZOU ON TOP!!! MIZ!!!!
6:18 the fucked up the score😂
On a scale from 1 to Indiana how clutch is your basketball team?
Parker Passarelli kansas
keith perkins 😂😂
Indiana
keith perkins yassss
-5
So I want to ask this- Would anyone consider the shot by the Alabama player to send the Alabama-Georgia game at the Georgia dome before the tornado, a great crowd moment?
the game wasn't at the georgia dome. is was at the Coleman Coliseum which is where Alabama plays. i was at the game and it was so amazing.
You won't convince me that there's one louder than 2005 UNC-Duke when UNC got the put back off the missed free throw late to take the lead
Imagine the Gonzaga buzzer beater in front of a packed kennel if it was able to be that way
How many times was North Carolina vs. Duke in there
That last one between Duke and Virginia Tech: i remember this one. Duke was #1,and it was Va Tech's first year in the ACC. This was the first time i had ever seen fans storm the field when the #1 team won the game.
Next video you've got to get CMU's Marcus Keene game winning shot over Western Michigan!
6:46 is that anthony davis?
sports is the best thing in the world
Kansas v WVU was rocking!!
Before watching I'm gonna be mad if the NC State 1983 championship buzzer beater isn't up here
It is a memorable moment, but the crowd reaction itself isn't that great based on the footage available to us.
this is why college is unreal...
COLLEGE BALL STARTS TODAY BOYSS
absol aww yisss🔥
michigan is now cumming in everyones bum
dang it! now my headphones don't work
Cool video
0:45 Gave him a what now
I didn't know Gus Johnson commentated college basketball
How is Mario Chalmers' last second shot for Kansas in the 2008 NCAA championship not here?
The Kurl because it wasn't a very loud reaction
The Kurl because the crowd was impartial because the game was at a neutral location, if it was at the phog ir would be
Ikr
Indiana is always lit
Bobby Boyd Those Hoosier fans sure can dial it up.
Lmao lost to ISU and Fort Wayne at home this year. Always lit.....
Jacob Minnette that’s irrelevant to how loud the crowd is...
Bobby Boyd were fucking shit now ya Hoosiers are the worst team
Carolina is lit. My dudes
9:22 still should've been a foul btw
0:48 😂😂😂😂😂 Save the women and children
11:00 the last time Cameron was ever stormed
Lol did anyone else notice that Indiana fan hug the Kentucky guy towards the bottom of the court at 6:43?
Shabazz Napier was like "G'bye!"
Anthony Davis block versus UNC?
Proud to be a Hoosier
Michigan State Spartans vs Michigan Wolverines💚💙
Arkansas Vs Kentucky dunk buzzer beater??
love it when dick vitale says "Oh! Oh! Oh! UNBELIEVABLE"
Marvin Williams and 1 might be the greatest I’ve ever seen
Nebraska basketball doesn't get any love, and with good reason, but Nebraska Vs Wisconsin in 2014 was incredible. That arena was so loud.
needs USU Dee Glen Spectrum at its loudest for 2019 and 09 or 07 if thats what it is
5:17
As a born Spokanite and hopefully second gen Zag, I must say nice shot there
College basketball is amazing
If you’ve never been to 3180 Hillside Re. Storrs, Ct 06269, you need to get there someday. Go Huskies
yoooo deron williams for illinois to tie it in the elite 8 against arizona - the camera literally shakes from how loud the place gets
1:16 was that the band
Just plug in a normal game at Cameron Indoor Stadium if you want loud reactions
0:44 most sussest bit of Commentary ever. 😳
What would college basketball be without the Hoosiers
8:15 And now, a lesson from us Cardinal players on how to kill someone from asphyxiation!
Love college sports
this is real college basketball not games being played in empty buildings
lol at the Illinois-Indiana clip where the refs tried to get control by continuously blowing their whistles in case the game went into overtime. Stevie Wonder could see that ball was out in time. Good play. That's how they draw em up.
