Hi Christina from Aus, after watching your gorgeous video's I have decided that " I SO NEED THESE SPELLBINDERS DIES"!!! and QUICK!!! Your filligree hinged cards are so so beautiful.... a huge thank you is going out to you (& your film crew...) from Aus to the UK, just may take a while to get there though ... x
OMG...I keep loving all ur beautiful creations! Now i have to find some of those dies so i can make some gorgeous card as u. Tfs & 4 the inspiration!!! xx, Kat
Carolyn Murtaza ... if you are struggling to make the hinged card then here is an easier way for you to do it..... Cut the card in two separate layers and the take one of them and fold the top back by about half an inch.... add glue to the folded back part and marry the other layer on the top. That way you will create a hinge in the card itself and once opened up a little the card will now stand for you. Hope that helps you Cxx
Dear Christina thank you very much for your interesting videos and your wounderful cards... they are so beautiful! I wish you a Merry X-mas and a Happy New Year. Greetings from Switzerland!
Wow, I just found you and U R AMAZING with your cards. You have a new excited and enthusiastic follower..Look forward to viewing all your videos and more!!
You're a star C :) Wish I'd have found this yesterday :) I made 2 of these & couldn't figure out how to hinge them, so I added a shaped piece of card to connect inside, which meant though they stand up well, I couldn't write inside without creasing the filigree on the top edges :( So happy you posted this :) Thanks so much xxxxx
Oh my goodness! All of your cards are gorgeous!! I am wondering what white card stock your using for your filigree cards? I haven't been that interested in making cards but you have inspired me to try making cards. Thanks for sharing and I love your videos!
Christina, yours is one of two channels I truly get excited about when I see new vids available. Your work is always elegant and creative. I appreciate you. This time I have a question: how do you cover the buttons? If you have a tutorial on that, please let me know. Again thanks.
sooo lovely Christina, what is the source of your stunning creations? Indeed you are gifted these cards are as usual yet you seem to create them with little effort.
O.M.G. How gorgeous are these cards, Thank-you so much for sharing and I hope I can make them just as beautiful, just reading some comments and noticed somebody wants to know how your dies come out so clean, well if they use a tumble dryer sheet to wipe the paper first it should work. X X Chrissie.
Your cards are beautiful! I love the idea of making cards from the spellbinders. You make the best bows I have ever seen. I just c an't get that, mine do not look like yours. Can you do a tutorial on making bows?
Hi love all your cards. when you say you have embossed the first topper, have u embossed it all ? or done a selective emboss - if so how do you do that please. Thanks Shirley Manuel
Spellbinders are made in the US so you should have them there first.... they usually take a while to get here to the UK. Sometimes they are on a Pre order basis but you will need to shop around for the bargains. I tell you which dies I have used and list them with a photograph on my blog ... Flowers, Ribbons and Pearls ... so if you pop over there you will find the card and the dies used to create it.
I use the Grand Calibur ... I don't have the Cuttlebug ... but you could try adding an extra piece of card as a shim and run it through again as that may help it to cut ... try also turning the die around and moving it to one side of the plates ... hope that helps you xx
Some are digital ... some are stamps and others are from CD's and I add the links to the blog post when the card is featured on flowersribbonsandpearls.blogspot.co.uk
Hi I have loved to watch you make cards now for at least a year. I was wondering what site you get your Spellbinders from. You have so many of them that I have never seen before. Love your cards!

Will try that. I went to my local scrapbooking store and asked them to try on their big shot and they had the same problem. I am wondering if maybe I am using a higher GSM cardstock. Can you tell me what cardstock you use.
Can you tell me how you get the decorative dies to come out so great, especially when you are cutting through a double cardstock hinge piece? I have a Sizzix Big Shot. I love the look of this, but I can't seem to get it to work for me. Thanks.
This is a standard joke between my regular followers and myself as I often talk about him on the blog what he is doing. MY husband is affectionatley refered to as my "Film Crew" ... I love this but....What kind of machine do you use in order to make those borders??
Your sentiments fit so perfectly inside of the round nestability. Are there stamp companies partnered with Spellbinders?

You may need to run the die and card through several times for it to cut properly xx
Your cards are completely beautiful. Just wondered do you make all of your flowers from paper or do you used ready-made silk flowers? Thanks!
The names of the dies are mentioned in the video and the pictures of them all are clearly visible xx
