Jj When your entering into contractual business with an individual you cannot make loose baseless statements pertaining to such individual without concrete ironclad legitimacy of such statements … if Cassidy notified you of his potential absence beforehand and you agreed and then turnaround around make a false public statement about him breaching the contract… that could potentially lead you into some serious legal hot water if Cassidy has documented proof I.e phone recordings,text messages etc…and chose to pursue such matters legally!
