Think about it, Shibisu is a successful Takemitchy, he’s weak but it doesn’t matter as he’s a good leader.
Shibisu is probably at least above average to be honest. He is just surrounded by monsters. He was top of his group for scouts.
Takemichi is successful, he always gets things done in the end. And Isu is lucky he doesn't have Kisaki as an enemy to make him look bad every time.
