INGREDIENTS
1 kilo pata
1 cup monggo
6 cups water
2 to 3 cups coconut milk (gata)
2 cups squash (kalabasa)
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 onions, minced
4 tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup dried fish
fish sauce
1 cup dahon ng ampalaya
Ground black pepper
