Shaun, thanks for your insight, but, as the video title states, this is an ASSE test procedure. Not AWWA and not USC. Different tests have different procedures. Also of note, being that we're the MICHIGAN Backflow Institute, we focus on Michigan regulations, not Ventura County, California.
You should start your own channel and show us your brilliant methods to pass tests. As far as Ventura County--or anything else from California is concerned--nobody wants to smell that sewer. Keep it to yourself next time.
