So then it would be

The whole country was under the weather. Peraphs principals of the given schoolscan prescribe their candidates who were stranded and have this matter addressed.
In that way would have something in placed for the Candidates.
I won't want to hear that our candidates has to wait for January Exams as an Alternative.
I don't even know if they wrote Paper 1 as yet.
Conclusively, what the Ministry mandates goes.

Sincere Greetings Sir. Our students whom would have not been able to write Mathematics Exams due to weather conditions. These students would have signed up for the exams. I would consider this a Legal Contract. Where are the Math Papers.
Ministry officials need to take account of these students across the region and host some Assessment.
This is not a matter of absence, but of National Concern.
Carry out proper investigations I trust some solution must arise.
What measures would be put in place for these Candidates.
