Add A Border Around An Image with Procreate for iPad

In this tutorial we'll be going over how to add a border around an image using Procreate for the iPad. We'll be going over how to add a border around the outside of the image and then how to add one around the inside of the image as well.

Can’t you just snap it to the center when you’re resizing? Does that pixilate the image somehow?

I'm having an issue with the select tool you use around the 4:45 mark, when I select my layer, it outlines my whole image with a blue border it does not turn white like yours, any idea what I might be doing wrong? EDIT (Solution found): When using the "select tool" I had to hold my Apple Pencil on the layer for a few seconds and slightly move it for it to select the correct layer, just tapping with the select tool was causing problems
