Le Dragon de Calais - Un spectacle de François Delaroziere & Compagnie La Machine

Le 1er novembre 2019, Calais découvre une nouvelle machine monumentale, conçue par la compagnie La Machine et François Delaroziere. Venu de la mer, le Dragon de Calais parcoure la ville, animé par 17 personnes qui lui donnent vie. Accompagné d’une formation musicale, cet animal légendaire aux dimensions extraordinaires est le héros d’un spectacle conçu sur trois jour. Apprivoisé par les habitants de Calais, le Dragon a finalement élu définitivement domicile dans la ville. Depuis ce jour, le Dragon de Calais arpente le Front de mer de Calais, embarquant sur son dos une cinquantaine passager. Pensé comme un élément structurant de la ville, le gigantesque saurien maille le centre-ville par ses déplacements et interagit avec les habitants et les visiteurs. Un Iguane Sentinelle s’est également récemment installé sur le Parvis des Dragon. Ils seront rejoints dans les mois à venir par d’autres sauriens.

Si un jour ,je vais à Calais,je serais à qui demander du feu pour allumer ma clope.
J’espère que les touristes anglais en débarquant du ferry ne sont pas trop effrayés !!
