- In this video we will see how to make hash brown recipe in tamil. We can easily make this recipe from scratch from just the potato. Shredding the potato and seasoning it and forming patties which can then be pan fried as opposed to deep frying. The shallow frying uses les oil while still getting the crispy golden brown crust.

Although Hash browns (Hashed brown potatoes) are typically a breakfast dish, I love them any time of the day. Barring the maida that is unhealthy, this is a lovely dish. Some add onions to add flavor & use eggs as a binding agent. Otherwise, rice or grated potatoes are just enough without any binding agent. Love this recipe Steffi! Missed seeing Alandra though 😍💕
