It is written, the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world. He had redemption planned for them before they were created. In(Isa.46:10) God declares the end from the beginning, in other words he plays everything backwards, from Revelation to Genesis. God also foreknew that Lucifer would rebel against him even before Lucifer was created. However God had a plan. It is written, what the enemy means for evil, God means for good, so that he can save many people. Nothing happens without God's permission and foreknowledge.
"Nothing happens without God's permission and foreknowledge." Does that include the rape and murder of children? If that is part of an "all powerful" being's plan, it's a really piss poor choice to worship it.
