Thank you for this!!! Unfortunately, not all of us were financially literate early. I was 35 when I finally educated myself and started taking steps. I went from $176,000 in debt with zero savings or retirement to now. 9 years later, fully debt-free and over $100,000 net worth. I know that doesn't SOUND like a lot, but I'm incredibly proud of it. Now I'm fast-tracking my wealth building (investing $40,000 annually) and don't owe a dime to anyone. It's a good feeling!

I'm not so good at understanding finance. I've got 56k in my savings and a mortgage. I'm positive that I can pay off quickly once I get this job I've applied for. But, I don't like this house due to neighbors and the construction. Moving out isn't an option because homes are $2M in the same neighborhood. I feel stuck. The 401k and IRAs aren't helping much either. I started saving just 3 years ago.

Google the General Education Board and you will find out exactly why Earl Nightingale was and is never mentioned in public schools as well as other authors like him. Let me put it to you this way. The old American aristocracy, that being Rockefeller, Mellon, Harriman, Vanderbilt, Carnegie, and the DuPont families have been secretly ruling American education since the first decade of the 20th century.

What's the worth of success when there are people who tries to manipulate your future according to their terms, and the worst of all, they make you powerless and even resorted on undermining your abilities and strength just to get people that they favored to get ahead of you, traitors as they may say, unseen traitors and acting traitors, they do make all types of traitors to stand my way...and me, often wondering about their aim, what could they get from it, burdened with questions like "Will you become better persons if you continue to step on me with seemingly no conscience at all?" "Will you not be hit by karma after all that you have done to me?" "Is that person that you have been building up could survive your messy issues like I do?".....I hope so because I am tired of your dirty tactics and even wants to end my breathing just to get away from your superficial world!

  • @adriatic123

This talk is good but life isn't that easy. I have seen people that were optimistic their whole life yet life gave them mostly misery. There is more than described in this speech. If on average one among ten businesses succeeds, nine will inevitably fail. There is delusional thus to be always optimistic even if we know that the odds are against us. It's like going into the casino and believing that we will get rich there.

Hello sir ,thank you for being there for your friend. That is why it's good to have good and faithful ones.
I am pleased to let you know that I am not competing with any one else , it is the reverse side. Some people are failing to realize that I am the one who people came against when I list expect it's , and I don't realize that people were setting canopies for me whiles I am thinking about other things then . What a big shock and disappointment off that effects . Is like, now the internal pain is much more then that of the past . Only grace is keeping me strong as time gose by . Sir I will like to say my procedure was not a bed of roses at all . I have even sacrifice so much for this particular journey , if that source or money that was given as a means of traveling. If it's would have been education, by this time. People shouldn't have been calling me bad names when it comes to educational aspects.
But people came against my destiny, try to stop my progress in life , when I have not done anything wrong to them . Who do you think is wrong in this case . Since I came to this land , I always mind my own business and care less about other people's own . If I am not invited into people matters I will not enter into it's. Even if I am invited I will take my time to enter into other people's shoe 👞. Apart from that I have got series of challenges into this whole thing, including cruelty. I understood that my present past relationship came into my life for this purpose.
