I’m not sure if either of those are true. TotG is one of the most popular tracks in the franchise, and SoV isn’t a great game. They’re perfectly rated. Almost any other track in the game is underrated. Anyone up for Lord of a Dead Empire?
I saw this pop up in notifications and tapped so fast- This song is one of THE BEST final map themes in anything. The feeling you get from it, of hope and despair clashing over the fate of two kingdoms, now made even cooler!
This song hit me harder than any OST in a while when it came out, especially with all the characters getting their chance to smack talk a god while it played. Glad to see it getting some love.
I guess I need to play it more sometime. I grabbed it on a whim for $12.00 on clearance. Not much of a FE fan, but the two I have played all the way through are alright.

Now that’s how you retell an older FE story with an updated script and OST! Just the way Undiscovered Horizons gets integrated into most of the songs like at 2:52 here or the music box opening (even though it’s absent in my favorite track in the game Lord of a Dead Empire), it’s easily become my favorite overworld theme and does the original more than enough justice, not to mention Heritors of Arcadia at 2:59 and the way that’s also woven into other battle map themes too which helped it surpass Life Returns as my favorite FE credits track.
I love this project as a whole; makes me think of some of those top 10 compilations you did back in the day! This song is probably in my top 5, but I'm also a sucker for anything Fire Emblem.

I've been a huge FE fan for 20 years now and this is my favorite track of them all. Fire Emblem Echoes is my second favorite FE just from atmosphere alone. Music, voice acting, etc.
