Bhante has already said this in the video, you can listen again (almost at the beginning). - Wholesome thoughts are non greed, non anger, non ignorance. - Unwholesome thoughts are: greed, anger, and ignorance. note (added by me, hope this hepls) : ignorance means one does not know/ cannot observe CLEARLY any object ( breath, muscle, ...) , or the mind is just wandering, or suspicious about Buddha/Dhamma/Sangha/ the object, ...
