    I watched this video once,thought myself to get up early in the morning,and it worked really well,just with 1 alarm i got up and toady at 7.26 a lot of my studies is completed. Being a morning person is most productive.

    I myself did this during my semesters, I used to wake up before 4 AM and study till afternoon. Then I used to teach 5 batches of students from 1 to 9, it is serious and works really well. I'm an engineer and if you know then you know how ruined sleep cycle they have. If I can do, anyone can!
    Pro tip- if you had enough sleep and feeling lazy waking up, grab a big chunk of a green chilli in addition to the alarm ; it worked for me when I was trying to fix my sleep cycle in the early days.

    Brushing your teeth immediately after waking up also works a lot. It will make you feel fresh like anything & that sleepy feeling will go away in a moment. Try this👍👍

    Sir, Actually I used to wake up in early morning at 5AM but I'm a hosteler .There are lot of disturbances as you told. That's why I'm able to get only 5 hours of sleep in night...... But at the same time I sleep for 1 hour after the lunch......sir is it right??? Please help Sir.... Pls

      I feel there should be 6 hours of uninterrupted sleep... So try to utilise that hour when u take one hour of sleep after college in study.... And take a sound sleep of 6 complete hours during night

    I am from North East and there sun rises early, so i used to get up 3.30 /4 but after coming to Pune i became lazy, yaar till 6.30 sun can't be seen and i dont feel to get up😀 but this year m trying to get up at 5.30...thanks for this video....
