Zanzibar (Tanzania) - The best island in Africa (VOI Resort, Stone Town, Mnemba and Prison Island)

In this playlist, we will share our experiences on one of the most incredible continents on the planet, where we find everything from iconic animals from our imagination, to great mountains and paradisiacal beaches.
In this episode, we explore one of the most exotic and enchanting destinations in the world, Zanzibar. An archipelago full of paradisiacal beaches, rich history and a vibrant culture that captivated us from the first moment.
Our adventure began in the historic city of Stone Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where we explored labyrinthine streets and marveled at Arabic, Persian, Indian and European-influenced architecture. We visited the iconic Freddie Mercury Museum, the Old Fort and charmingly lost ourselves in the narrow streets, discovering fascinating shops and local treasures at every corner.
On the second day, we left for Voi Resort in the north of the island to visit the beautiful Kiwengwa beach. At the resort, we enjoyed comfortable accommodations, warm hospitality, and stunning ocean views. We took the opportunity to relax on the white sand beaches and take advantage of the activities available, such as boat trips and water sports.
Over the next three days, we headed to Menemba Island. We were amazed by the isolated sandbar and took the opportunity to snorkel in the crystal clear waters, exploring the vibrant marine life. The tranquility and natural beauty of Menemba provided us with moments of pure contemplation and unforgettable underwater adventure.
Our last stop was the famous Prison Island, known for the giant turtles that inhabit the place. We walked around the island and had the opportunity to interact with these majestic creatures, learning about their habits and history. It was a unique and educational experience, ending our journey through Zanzibar with a flourish.

Ah que saudades! Estava sentindo falta dos seus vídeos maravilhosos!!! Fico muito feliz quando aparece um vídeo novo desta família maravilhosa e abençoada na minha timeline! Que resort lindo! Cada praia deslumbrante!! Que mar azul. Minha parte favorita foram as tartarugas centenárias, o museu do Freddy Mercury e a brincadeira de tinta colorida. Mas deve ter dado um trabalho enorme pra limpar.
