Yes a hot oil treatment as pre poo! I use Amla oil, shea butter and aloe Vera and castor oil as prepoo. Works like a gem! You have beautiful hair love❤️❤️❤️

Try not to go over board with the protein especially since you're low porosity and your hair already has a lot of keratin... so your hair doesn't start breaking off.

My hair is chronically dry and then it’s just heavy and oily there’s no in between. Dry and then gross I’m about to shave my head not joking
if its not damaged, i wouldn’t shave it. you just need to find a solid hair regimen and products that works for hair type. good luck ❤️
