He has a humongous business in a very small town, he needs to get people driving to his store hundreds of kilometers, he can't just run a department store, there needs to be events like rock festivals (to scale of featuring Nightwish and The Scorpions, or the infamous ice fishing competition (which was found to be essential an illegal lottery and Keskinen got a hefty fine for it), even Don Rosa's visits were also business co-operation, if you announce Don Rosa is somewhere meeting fans and signing comics, there's gonna be an enormous amount of Finns queuing, he's on rockstar level in this country (and I think in those cases he was only signing books bought from the events, a rather Uncle Scrooge -like move). Incidents related to women or substances are another story...
Man i remember spending what felt like hours staring at the F40 he kept in the lobby of the store, i remember how disappointed i was seeing it being vandalised more and more over the years
