I've been a Green day fan for 20 years now. I've seen a lot of covers come and go. This is the first one I've listened to and loved it. I had the pleasure of supporting the Mad Caddies when they came to play my hometown in 2007. Great bunch of guys, and a great song to boot. Haters gonna hate.
1:50 when that simple ass solo kicks in. best feeling ever. so simple, yet so powerful. love these guys. seen them in joilet illinois a few years back, was going through a hard time and a friend thought i should go with him to the show. never heard of these guys before it. went out on a limb and said screw it ill go. couple beers and bought a shirt from the band later, then i wound up losing it somehow. had it over my shoulder.. anyways after searching the entire venue. i bought another. these guys are amazing live. totally worth going back for another shirt. had a great time at the show. changed my whole day around. highly suggest if you like the band to go see them live.
This is so ridiculously good. I was at a brewery the other day and this was playing on the sound system, I literally stopped in my tracks when I realized what I was listening to. Simply amazing

So where did you pick up this style ... totally calireggae , . I'm playing with a roots reggae artist from jamaica.where all this started and was picked up guys like Sublime. And Europeans like me. All really cool. When they mixed 2 music genres something new came out reggae/rock. Call it cultural appropriation but when something new happens musically. It all good. In my view.
