You should wear the shirts a size bigger... It looks weird!You can't just wear it in XS if it's designed for a oversize look.
Wear at least S, if not Medium if you want the shirt to look cool.
If you want slim shirts buy Gucci and not Balenciaga

Okay so I’m a woman and my bust is 102 cm/ 40in .. waist is 39in.. I went online and it said it was an X-Large but everyone is saying their shirts are huge lol .. I typically only buy regular large T-shirts . I just don’t want it to look like a dress lol I’m 5’6 in height

Very steep bro, I would say the quality is relatively good compared to its competitors. Off white quality in my opinion is better though

balenciaga sizing scares me because i have 3 all from the same balenciaga store, ones a small, ones a large, ones a XL. im a true L
It’s weird now because different seasons fit differently. Plus somethings like t shirts now come with different fit descriptions E.g - large fit, oversized fit, medium fit. May have to make a video distinguishing the difference

Yeah man I would say for you try the small out. Yeah these tees fit nice on the collar and its relaxed baggy so try out a small and let me know how you go
