Best video I have ever seen, amazing channel, this video has given me hope and some focus from an extremely dark place. Tinnitus is just a few weeks old to me, I have a Grand Canyon size bucket ready to fill with knowledge, My GP surgery is simply shocking, what a fabulous way to end a miserable day, thank you for the video Isabelle and Ben.

Thank you thank you 🙏🏻 this was so encouraging and absolutely what I have experienced too. The 5 points of spontaneous healing is so true. I went from being very sick with Lyme disease and tinnitus and I have healed so much and more optimistic than ever 💚 Thank you for your very good TH-cam channel 🙌🏻

Could this lady be also suffering from aura migraines, my tinnitus and hyperacusis with light sensitivity came on suddenly 8 months ago and I felt it was so like some of the migraines I had experienced from time to time in my life, distortion etc and amplified sound. Just a thought...

Hi Isabelle, what type of foods did you eat or try to avoid? Also, which homeopathic medicine helped you? Do you still take it? What other Ayurvedic things helped you? What do you still take? Please reply to me as my 14 year old son has just gotten tinnitus and is very down.❣️💜💕

@@Aman-ln2oh Hi Aman. Yes I am Desi. It has been so hard because I have 3 kids. I have gone to a functional doctor, neurological chiropractor, physical therapist. I did not take all of their supplements regularly. That was 3 years ago.
I am going to go back to them and try to take those supplements again. I am taking Lyrica for this horrible pain. Lyrica at least can bring it from a 10 to a 7. I still feel it but I can at least deal with it!!😂
I have also started trying some Ayurvedic medicine recently to see if that helps any of this pain.
I also have a marijuana license. I have used the TRC gummies a few times when the pain has been excruciating!!
This has ruined my everyday life!!! I had a cyst removal surgery and the next day I started having this weird burning pain!!
How about you? Have you tried anything to help your pain? Sejal

@@sejalshah3954 Oh god, i can't tell you in words how happy I am to at last find someone from home to talk about this. I have no idea how I got this condition. I just recently turned 20, and got it a week before my bday. I'm just a second year student at college. Out of nowhere this started.
I've never been to any loud music or club, party, or gigs and stuff. I've never like loud music and I've always despised such environment. Recently, I'd been using earphones a lot since the pandemic started, mostly on full voulme. I guess maybe that has caused it, using earphones too much.
The past few weeks have been very difficult like a nightmare on loop. I've never in my wildest of dreams though that life can completely turn upside down in such short moment. My life has turned to from white to black after this tinnitus started. I don't even know who I am now. I'm definitely not the same as I used to he before this. It is really a devastating and destructing condition. I had never heard about this condition, even no one in my family including my grandfather who is 89 in his entire life. There is no awareness about this at all. That was what made me feel so alone all the time.
As far as trying to treat it, I've been to many ENTs and have taken dozens of meds, but to no avail. I think the cause of the tinntius matters when trying to treat it. If the cause is loud music or there is damage of the hair cells of the inner ear, then the unfortunately the condition is irreversible.
At this moment I have no ides whether this will go away or not. The best bet right now is to accept it as a part of oneself and try to get habituated to it altogether, if one has the wish to survive.
As far as the food and stuff are concerned, I don't think there is anything like that which can lessen it or cure it. All those people talking shit on TH-cam are just waste of time. There is no cure for this at all. Anyways, when I saw your name I just thought maybe I can talk to you. Talking to someone from the same social, cultural background is a lot more different than people living in totally another continent.
I wanted to know how your experience has been with this till now, and how you've tried to manage it. Also, how's your son doing with this?

@@Aman-ln2oh Hi Aman. I am really sorry to hear about your tinnitus!! Yes, my son had a bad onset of it last February. He said he did some weird tensing if his tympanic ear muscle and then started hearing this weird buzzing noise in his right ear. Then he started hearing ringing in both ears. He started using his fan during the pandemic while he was studying from home.
In that few months, I took him to 10 ENTs. All of them said the same thing. His hearing test came out normal and they could not see anything out of the ordinary in his ears.
He is 14 and was becoming so angry and frustrated!! It made me so sad!! I have also searched online for months to see what could help him. I bought some of those tinnitus supplements that supposedly could help. I gave him the B vitamins and magnesium for 6 months. It did not seem to help the buzzing, but it may have helped the ringing a little bit.
In the last month, I feel that after starting in person school, he has kind of gotten used to it. He has said it does not bother him as much. That is probably due to the background noise. Now I don’t even mention it. I am scared it will bring his attention back to it.
So I am wondering if maybe you would like to try a multi B vitamin and magnesium. Maybe it could reduce the volume or strength of the tinnitus. One of Raj’s doctors did suggest these 2 vitamins.
Also, maybe it will fade away after some time if you don’t continue to use any earbuds for your school. Some people’s tinnitus has gotten better after they stopped using anything that creates sound in their ear. Let me know what you think about my suggestion.
      Talk to you soon. Sejal😌
