I had the opposite problem when I was a DJ many years ago - mixing skills on point but absolutely no ability to make music, hence why I never made a career out of it. Unfortunately, that's just how it goes. You can be as shit a DJ as you like if you're a good producer with brand recognition.

Ajja knows this well. But then again this style of trance puts a spring in the step so a more consistent cadence carries the psychedelic trance well.
