Wow that layout that you made brings back memories of the layout that I'm actually working on trying to finish.... ❤ I took before and after pictures of my truck being restored when I started with it 3 years ago. And now it's done so it took three years to finish and now I am working on a scrapbook of it now can't wait to get that done soon😊❤ love you ideas and videos so much
We’re renovating our WHOLE house…it started with wood flooring. My husband says “Give a wife a floor…” so that will be the title of the album. I was SO EXCITED when I saw this stamp set (and the stencil you used!).
I love this layout and the embellishments take it over the top! I've never done stenciling on my layouts, you've inspired me to give it a try. Until I started watching your videos and Dorothy's I had never done my own embellishments with stamps and dies, now I love doing that. I love that CTMH makes stamps and dies with scrapbookers in mind.
Thank you and stenciling is so fun and simple to do. I usually practice on the back side of the paper if I am not sure how it will look. I get a lot of inspiration from Dorothy’s channel too!
A layout to treasure. So cool that Clayton did this with his grandfather. Love all the little touches - and the silver is the perfect finish. Such a cool set that I had to have too (even though we are not so handy on the tools here!).
I really like the grey 'water color' paper. You really did a beautiful job of the tools and the tool box. Coloring makes each piece look so nice. Very professional and love your videos. The little patio is so cute!
Love it ❤. We put a new deck on last year and new windows at the front of house. This year we put new windows at the back of the house and all new siding. This fall we are having the whole inside painted on our main level
We are working on our shop my husband decided he want to close in our pole barn and turn it into the addition to the already huge shop. He’s about done but we started on it last fall and it’s almost a year later and it’s about there. I’ve taken pictures of it as we went along so this paper is going to be prefect for my layout. I’ve got other projects to work on also, so I can’t wait until it comes In the-mail thanks again for the inspiration . I love your layouts.
I am so glad you were inspired! I have a bunch of shop progress photos too. The inside still isn’t done but it’s functional. I think we are going on year three now lol 😂
I could have done with this stamp set in 2013 when we turned the double garage into a tiny flat for me to live in. I documented the photos into an album & was searching around everywhere for embellishments for the photos as I did a daily photo shoot each afternoon when the builders went home. April 1st 10 years ago I moved in. You have me thinking that maybe I should dig out the album & see if buying the stamp could help me improve the pages. I have another album with the DIY that my ex started on our house before he walked out & left us with no floorboards or kitchen cupboards for several months. Yes, he did finish it eventually after my daughter tore her foot open on a nail. That house has since undergone some beautiful renovations from its later owners who lovingly restored it.
So much history and memories, both good and bad. Your poor daughter wounding herself on the nail, ouch! I bet you are glad you took a daily photo after the workers went home. I have lots of older layouts of my boys working with their dad and the pages are not very embellished because nothing seemed to fit. I was considering doing the same and adding some of these stamped images to complete the sparse layouts.
Another great layout Erin! I love how you stamped and colored the tool box and tools. Some day, I hope to make it up your way and visit with you. I am only a couple of hours away.
We moved into a new to us home on June 30. The previous owners did not take care of the place. The kitchen was covered in grease so we gutted it. We will be redoing the bathroom too.
Hi Erin, we are redecorating our bedroom at the moment and that started with removing wallpaper, scrubbing the walls with sugar soap and then 3 coats of paint. Next week new carpet will be laid and then we have to assemble our new bed. Then I will be making new curtains, (drapes?), and dressing the new bed. Didn’t seem like a big deal when we first started planning but we are both in our seventies and it turned out to be harder work than we anticipated. Thank goodness our kids were happy to jump in and help! Is there a stamp set with paint brushes and ruollers? 😀
Oooh, it sounds like your room is going to be so nice! Home improvement projects are always a ton of work but well worth the effort in the end. Yay for your kids pitching in to help! Unfortunately, I don’t know of any stamps with paint related icons.
Hello, I use the 6x8 size for my December albums but I am also working on an ongoing album for my son’s girlfriend with photos she gives me of the two of them. I don’t have any videos though unfortunately. The Creative Design Team has a 6x8 sketchbook we designed for December Daily’s but several of the ladies are using the sketches for other themes. One is creating a Halloween through the years book. The sketches might be inspiring for your layouts. This link will take you there if you want to check it out, it will show an 8.5 x 11 but keep scrolling to the bottom. We are launching a new 6x8 book this month too! www.cdtcreatives.com/shop/p/cdt-85x11-sketch-book
I feel like starting a project just so I can use those tools ⚒️ 🧰🪛😂 😂❤❤
Lol, I totally know that feeling 😂
I cannot say it enough you are an amazing scrapbooker! Your creations and ideas are inspiring!

I bet those three years were worth the end result! That is so cool you restored a truck.

Haha, I love your album title and the story behind it. It will be a lot of work but fun and exciting all at the same time!

I do think he will enjoy looking back on this memory. It’s a great stamp set and I think it will come in handy for lots of different memories.
@@CraftyConceptswithErin "handy" being the perfect word for this tool set! 🤣
That is the perfect stamp set for this layout! So cute!
Thank you and I agree, this stamp was an instant add to cart for me 😃

Thank you so much! They did such a wonderful job on the fence and it will be fun to look back and remember the changes.
Absolutely love this layout, Erin!
Thank you! I do enjoy scrapbooking everyday life.

Wow, sounds like lot of wonderful progress and how nice to have a fresh coat of paint on the walls. I need to paint my bedroom, it's a goal!
Beautiful layout as always Erin. This is such a fun one and really inspires me to scrapbook everyday life.
Thanks so much and I’m so glad, everyday life stories are my favorite to document.

Adorable! And I love to grab my stapler too from time-to-time to add a different texture.
I don’t know why I waited so long to get the stapler. I bet I will use it all the time
Another winning design. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you and you are very welcome!
So cute, Erin.
Thank you Terryl 😃
My son is doing a lot to his home and I saw this set and am glad I haven’t gotten his pages done yet!!
I have scrapbooked a few DIY layouts years ago and I am thinking I might go back and add some of these embellishments to the pages.
What a fantastic layout. I marvel at you genius creativity! You make me want to purchase everything you use.
Wow, thank you! So sorry I’m an enabler lol 😂 but very glad you are inspired!
I have learned so much from you. Thank you 💜
Thank you Pat, I am truly glad the video are helpful.
Love this layout.
Thank you, I am glad to hear that.
Super cute layout. I have a bedroom remodel from Manny years ago that is ready to be documented now with these stamps. They are so cute!!
Thank you! I need to repaint my bedroom. I want to freshen it up a bit with lighter colored walls but eek I don’t really want to tackle that 😂
We are in the middle of a reno. New flooring going in tomorrow. Now I've got to have that stamp set. Great layout Erin!
Thant is so exciting! New flooring makes such a big impact on the space.

Thank you Lori and that would be fun!

It will be so nice when it’s all done! Kitchens and bathrooms seem to take on the heaviest abuse

Do you ever do 6x8 scrapbooks? I can’t seem to find any videos on 6x8 albums except for the Christmas ones.
